Return Policies: If you need to Make a return, you will have to get a RA# from us. If you experience a problem with our merchandise, email us at joker@dreamgirl-halloween.com with details or give us a call, and we will work with you. Your satisfaction is important to us. Returned Gowns must be in unused condition with tags still attached, in the original packaging. They must be shipped to us by UPS or Fed Ex at your expense. There will also be a 20% restocking charge. We will waive the restocking fee for an exchange, but you will be responsible for the shipping both ways.
